Kelley is a native of Colorado Springs. He received both his Bachelor's and Master's Degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Kelley holds a certification from the American Council on Exercise and has 8 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group training coach. He is also TRX certified. From the moment Kelley walked into Orangetheory Fitness, he quickly realized that OTF is where he belongs and that OTF is changing the way fitness is done! Kelley's three favorite things about Orangetheory Fitness are the amazing members, energizing atmosphere and the Bronco ORANGE! Kelley's hope is that he can make each and every workout feel a little less like "work" and more like FUN! Fitness can be enjoyable AND effective at the same time! In his spare time Kelley enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and cheering on the Colorado Springs Sky Sox!

Annette was born in South Africa and attended Wichita State University (WSU) where she finished her 4 years of NCAA Division 1 eligibility playing tennis. It was during her graduate school years that she fell in love with fitness and wellness, and through various experiences in Campus Recreation realized that encouraging healthy exercise and proper nutrition changes lives! Annette is a certified personal trainer in Colorado Springs and is TRX certified. She is currently employed at UCCS as the Associate Director for Campus Recreation Programs, and worked at 3 Minnesota OTF studios as a group personal trainer prior to becoming part of the Orangetheory Fitness Colorado Springs team. "What an amazing privilege it's been to be a part of such a special OTF community, and walk alongside many of our members' journeys! Such a privilege! I love to see members achieving their fitness goals, losing weight and becoming stronger with each class.”

Bryant received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs and his Certified Personal Training license from National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is originally from Colorado Springs. Through his own weight loss journey he found passion for health and wellness. Bryant has lost over 80 pounds and understands the struggle some members go through with weight loss. With his coaching background, Bryant knew personal training would help him inspire others to reach their goals. Orangetheory Fitness in Colorado Springs was the perfect place for him to achieve this through group personal training. Bryant enjoys the community aspect and concepts of Orangetheory Fitness. In his off time Bryant spends time with family, his dog, and coaching high school athletics.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
